Ordering Process:
CONSULTATION
- Placing your order beings with you contacting us via e-mail or phone to begin your FREE consultation. During the consultation stage, we will discuss exactly what it is that you want. (The Hows and Whats) You will need to be very specific and state all details of your order. Once work begins on your order, you won't receive any correspondence from us until it's time to send your proofs for approval.
PAYMENT
- If your order total is over $50.00, a deposit (Half of your total amount) will need to be paid before any work begins on your order. The other half of your total will need to be paid before printing/ embroidering begins.
PRINTING/EMBROIDERING
- Once work begins on your order(s), please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. (Payment, Actual Order, etc.) Allow 3-4 business days to receive your proofs for approval. Allow 7-10 business days for shipment/ to receive your order.
REFUNDS/RETURNS
- If you aren't satisfied with your order and would like to receive a full refund, you have 24 hours to contact us VIA TELEPHONE. Any concerns with your order after 24 hours will not receive a refund. If you'd like to return your item(s), let us know and we'll provide the materials to do so.
